This picture shows the mole arriving in the excavation on the rear of the property. The hole that the mole creates is perfectly smooth and is ideal for feeding water pipes and other utilities through i.e. gas pipes, electric cable, alarm cable and I.T. cables. This technique of using moles avoids unsightly open cut trenches and is commonly known as trench less excavation.
